The total angle formed by a circle is 3600
Now we need to find out the angle between the hour and minute hand.
Now we need to calculate the angle of hour  and minute hand by  considering the reference position as number 12.

Convert 4Hr 0Min into hours
=4+(0/60)
=4+(0)
=4+0
=4 Hrs
Angle formed by hour hand in 4 Hrs
=4x300
 =4x300
=1200
Angle formed by minute hand in 0 min
=0x6
=00
Difference in angle between minute and hour hand
=1200-00

=1200

Angle between hour and minute hand at 4 00 is 1200
